The post code for your Sat Nav is GU15 1PG. Once you are on "The Maultway" you will see our signs as to where to park (see map at the bottom of this page for our google map of the area).

Parking:

Although there is parking available on site, we only have a limited number of spaces. It is advised you travel in numbers.

Information on the day:

There will be an information at the start / finish area.

Run Rampage Staff:

This event will be staffed by our highly experienced race team. we will also have a selection of volunteer race marshalls, if you are interested in becoming a race marshal for this event please email: ricky@runrampage.com

Running Equipment:

As already stated you will get very wet and very muddy so we recommend that you wear clothes to accommodate this. Don't wear anything that will become heavy when wet or that will cause you any discomfort. The course should be enough on its own! Light running gear is a must and if you wear your best running equipment, be prepared to throw it away after the race!

*Run Rampage will accept no responsibility for any damaged equipment, you have been warned*

Footwear:

We suggest off-road running shoes, or running trainers. We advise no clogs or heels guys!

MP3 player:

You can run with MP3 players, but if it gets ruined don't come running to us. As we have stated you will get wet, you will get muddy but if music is a must for you, maybe take an older model so if it does get ruined, you won't cry and embarrass yourself.

Changing areas:

There will be a changing area available if we recieve the right number of runners. We advise all runners to travel in their running equipment and bring ample warm clothing for after the race and we strongly suggest that you dry off before you travel home! Please note, due to numbers there may well be no showers, however a towel will be a must as you will be soaked and muddy.

We will have a managed area where you can leave your belongings however we cannot guarantee the security of your bags. If you have travelled with anyone it may be safer to leave your personal items with them, or indeed locked inside your car.

The Course:

This course is a very uneven surface, with grade one and two listed hills used to test the MOD's tanks for Afghanistan. We have mud, bogs and deep puddles so be brave, suck it up and go for it.

First Aid:

We will provide full medical support on the course and at the finish.

If you have a medical condition preventing you from running an extreme course like this we advise you don't bother, we don't want anyone to get seriously ill, injured or die running our race, we want to test you, not kill you! If you feel ill on the day, we also advise you give it a miss as this could be seriously dangerous.

Toilets:

Yes, so you won't be busting.

Water Stations:

We advise you to ensure that you are well hydrated before you run and that you take your own water for the route, it will be difficult to base water stations on the circuit due to the uneven terrain, so please provide you own.

Run Rampage Merchandise:

You better believe it! Make sure you bring lots of pennies as we will have loads for you to buy online but also have a tent with items after the event at the finish.

Food and Drinks:

Yes, we will have facilities available for you to purchase these items at the event.
